Where do you deliver in Ghana?
We deliver throughout Accra and its surrounding areas. For locations outside Accra, we can arrange special delivery — please contact us to discuss options and costs for your specific location.
How long does delivery take?
Local delivery within Accra typically takes 1 business day. We'll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time once your payment is confirmed and your order is ready.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery costs vary by location within Accra. Delivery is done using the Yango app. We'll provide exact delivery costs when you place your order based on your specific location.
Can I pick up from your physical store?
Yes! Visit our store at Bridge Ave, East Legon Hills, Accra to browse and pick up items. We are open Mon–Sat: 10AM–6PM. Call +233 55 487 8272 for any inquiries.

We offer a 2-day return policy for unworn items with original tags and packaging. Returns are accepted for sizing issues or defects only. Items must be in sellable condition for a full refund.

Contact us within 2 days of purchase via WhatsApp or visit our store. Bring the item with original packaging and your receipt. We'll process exchanges immediately or refunds within 1 business day.
Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Size exchanges are free within 2 days if the item is in original condition. Style exchanges depend on availability and may require a price adjustment if there's a cost difference.
What if an item has a defect?
If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund. Manufacturing defects are covered regardless of the return window.
