Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
• The item is in its original packaging where applicable.
• You have your order reference number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Sale or discounted items marked as "Final Sale"
• Swimwear and underwear (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Start a Return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +233 55 487 8272 with your order reference number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Return the item to our East Legon Hills location, or arrange a pickup at your cost.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. If your preferred size is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Mobile Money) within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
• Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered in error or is defective.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
