1. About Us

Coeur de Kids ("we", "us", "our") operates an online boutique at coeurdekids.com, selling authentic children's clothing and footwear sourced from the UK. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Authenticity

  • All items are 100% authentic and sourced directly from reputable UK retailers and brands.
  • Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Minor colour variations may occur due to photography lighting.
  • Availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable after purchase.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout and are separate from the product price.
  • Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders placed on the website are requests. An order is confirmed once we have agreed it with you on WhatsApp or Instagram and received your Mobile Money payment.
  • You will receive an order reference number upon checkout. Keep this for tracking and correspondence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

  • Pickup: Free pickup from our East Legon Hills location. You will be notified via WhatsApp when your order is ready.
  • Home Delivery: Available within Accra for a flat fee of GHS 30. Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Coeur de Kids or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coeur de Kids is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
